The White family came together for a reunion on Maui last month and decided it was time for a family portrait. One of the family members was familiar with my work through a scrapbooking website so contacted me to photograph their families on Maui.I flew to Maui specifically to photograph the family and since they were on the West side, the best time was late afternoon.
They were staying in Kaanapali so I met them at their hotel and photographed them on the grounds and on the beach. As it was later in the day, there weren't as many people on the beach.
